На базовых условиях поставки:
1. Seller issues Draft Contract (Open for amendments).
2.Within 1 (One) banking day of the present Contract signing date the Seller's bank will send to the bank of the Buyer the Soft Proof of Product (soft POP).
3.Within 1 (One) banking day of the moment of execution of item 2 of the present the Buyer presents to the Seller the information letter of readiness to issue SBLC on the amount covering 1-monthly (100 000 MT) shipment value of the goods.
4. Seller presents to the Buyer a letter with details of the financial operator of readiness to take pre-advice and SBLC.
5. Within 3 (Three) banking days of the moment of execution of item 4 of the present Appendix the bank of the Buyer presents to the Seller’s bank letter of readiness to issue SBLC according to the Appendix 5 and the Appendix 6.
6. Within 5 (Five) banking days of the moment of execution of item 5 of the present Appendix, the bank of the Seller will send to the bank of the Buyer the «Proof of Product» (Full POP), at the same time, the Seller presents to the Buyer Letter of Readiness to ship the Goods;
7. Within 3 (three) banking days upon receipt of Full POP the Bank of the Buyer issues to Seller’s Bank SBLC on the amount covering 1-monthly (100 000 MT) shipment value of the goods, and namely: US$
Approximately 00,000,000 (00 million), valid 365 + 30 (Three Hundred Sixty Five plus Thirty) calendar days, as warranty of payment for the delivered Goods.
8. Seller issue the 2% PB from the amount of the SBLC
Partial shipment is allowed.
9. Payment for the shipped tanker lot of the Goods shall be made with a direct wire transfer in US dollars to the account of the Seller within seven banking days of presentation of the following documents to the bank of the Buyer:
- Signed commercial invoice (2 originals/2 copies);

- Full set of clean on board 3/3 ocean Bill of Lading marked: “freight payable as per Charter Party.” Each original to be originally hand-signed by the Vessel Master;

- Certificate of Quantity issued by surveyor at the port of loading, (2 originals);

- Certificate of Quality issued by surveyor at the port of loading, (2 originals);

- Certificate of insurance (1original/1 copy)

- Certificate of Origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Trade of the country of origin of the Goods, (1 original/1 copy).
10. In case of failure to provide payment for the Goods in the time period set out in the item 6 of the present Appendix amount due shall be drawn from the issued SBLC and the initial liability under the SBLC shall remain.
11. All bank sundry charges in the Bank of the Seller shall be for the Seller’s account, and all bank sundry charges in the Bank of the Buyer shall be for the Buyer’s account.
